Frameless Glass Partitions for Offices
Glass divides a floor plan without giving up daylight, and a frameless system can be taken down and re-set far more easily than drywall when a tenant or layout changes. Panels are 1/2 inch tempered glass with polished edges, set in U-channel at the head and the floor with glass-to-glass joints, so the wall reads as one clean line of glass.

Frameless Glass Office Doors and Hardware
Single and double frameless swing doors hang on top and bottom patch fittings, with ladder pulls and a lock in the patch fitting or rail. Top-hung sliding doors run on an exposed or concealed track where a swing door would block a corridor.
Two ways to close a frameless door: a 4 inch to 4-1/2 inch header with a concealed closer, which suits any opening including higher-traffic doors, or hydraulic patch fittings, covered below.
Finishes. Matte black, brushed stainless, polished stainless and satin brass. Locks are mechanical glass-door locks in the bottom or floor position, centre patch locks, or magnetic locks where a door is on access control. We furnish and install the hardware and leave the wiring accessible for your access-control professional to connect and commission.
Hydraulic Patch Fittings and Doors Without a Header
A hydraulic patch fitting puts the closer inside the bottom patch fitting of the door itself, not in a header above it and not in the floor. The opening can lose the header entirely, so the glass runs clean to the head and the door reads as part of the wall, with nothing cut into a finished slab.
We use them on private offices and conference rooms. For a main entry, a corridor door or anything on a busy floor we specify the 4 inch to 4-1/2 inch header with a concealed closer instead.
Glass and Privacy Options
Glass. 1/2 inch tempered clear glass is standard for partitions and doors, with 3/4 inch for certain applications. Low-iron extra-clear and laminated glass are available.
Privacy. A frosted band at seated eye level, a partial band or a full panel. Privacy film is applied to the surface of the glass and can be changed later. Acid-etched glass and acid-etched bands are a permanent finish in the glass itself, so they cannot peel or be removed.

Once the job is awarded and framing, ceilings and flooring are in, we field verify every opening so the glass is made to the real dimensions. Glass and hardware are confirmed with you before ordering, and our own crews handle the installation, working around your hours in occupied offices.

Frameless systems set in channel can be removed and re-set when a layout changes, which is one reason tenants and landlords choose glass over drywall for office fronts.
